The "customer" is the addressee on the quotation. NICEIC Approved electricians carry all mains electrical installations to current 17th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.The Outdoor Power Co has public liability insurance of which a copy is available on request. In case of any fault occurring, immediately contact either the electrician in attendance (if applicable) or telephone the Outdoor Power Co for advice - DO NOT ATTEMPT ANY REPAIRS WHATSOEVER PLEASE. Please allow for travelling time if an emergency does occur. Call out charges may apply depending on the fault.
The equipment is not covered by insurance (including generators) whilst in the possession of the customer (the addressee) and the customer is liable for any damage or loss, howsoever caused. The full replacement cost will be charged for equipment lost or stolen and charges for repairs to damaged equipment will be made. A deposit is usually required before delivery.
The Outdoor Power Co reserves the right, by giving notice to the customer before delivery, to increase prices to reflect any increase in the cost from our suppliers, changes to equipment specifications or any change to delivery or collection dates. If requirements or specifications change during installation these will be detailed in the final invoice.
Acceptance of an order in writing is advised. Email enquiries require an address for correspondence and invoicing. Payment 7 days after the event. Late payments may be subject to extra charges.
